NPC Missing - Shadows Over Windhelm
I'm going shadows over Windhelm and thane mera isn't there to speak to. I've run into invisible npcs before and restarting Xbox fixed the problem. This npc seems to be just missing and not invisible. Xbox restarts, server restarts don't work. I abandoned the quest once and restarted quest and still, thane is missing.

BlackWire87Soul ShrivenDon't laugh at me, but Bethesda have updated the game so that the npc's should appear after a few seconds if they are invisible. Have you tried waiting in the spot where the npc is for a minute or so to see if they appear?0 -
Nope, didn't fix it. Doesn't seem like he's invisae since I don't bump into him like an invisible wall. He's simply not there.0
