Not letting me group.

Hi all,

Me and my friend are trying to group up, which we've had no problem doing every night for the past month, now all of a sudden when i invite him, and he accepts, he gets "failed to connect to group" error and on my screen it says he declined, the exact same thing happens when he invites me too. It just will not let us group,

We've both fully closed our game, and logged back in with the same error happening, and we've both hard reset our Xboxes and are still getting the same error.

Is anyone else having this error/ know a fix for this.

To add to this, we do show up on eachothers in game friends list, that isn't the issue here.

There are times when I can't invite anyone to group. I get the message "@player has declined your invitation", meanwhile they are confused about why they're not grouped with me because they did accept the invitation.
- You can temporary tell your friend to add you to group instead, that works for me.... however once I am in group, my friends can not transfer leadership to me.

I have also experienced to be almost permanently in group with my friend. He left group with me, and joined another while I was locked to his name, could not leave group or disband group either. I fixed it by travelling to a random campaign in Cyrodiil, leave or disband group with my friend (who at that time was in group with others) and take the wayshrine to get out of cyrodiil, after that I would be able to group up with my other friends.
<< I filed a ticket regarding that, I got a mail telling me to use the "leave group" option >_< I KINDA WOULD IF I COULD! Zenimax really needs to stop talking to their experienced long time players, as if they were starter zone new lowbies.

I play in EU server, pc/mac. -.-

Yeah, the group invites are definitely buggy as hell. Not all the time, mind you, but they're buggy a lot. I'll send someone a group invite and it'll tell me they declined it even though they accepted and they won't be added to the group and it'll tell them "failed to join group". Other times I'll send an invite, it tells me they declined it, it tells THEM that they failed to join the group yet, lo and behold, they were added to the group even though I was told they weren't and they were told they weren't. Very very strange lol.
