I've been to most of the guild stores I'm able to access as a VR4 on PS4 but still having trouble finding weapons and armor at reasonable prices (especially shields and bows). I'm not willing to pay 3K or more for a low level precise traited weapon. Have found a ton for cheap at guild stores, but would be interested to know if there are others on PS4 who have set up some kind of craft trading site.
