Stuck in Cyrodiil due to level.

So I was level 49 in the non vet campaign and decided to do some skyshard hunting before I hit VR1 and had to do it in Vet PvP. While nabbing a shard in a delve I had to kill some spiders and it pushed me over to VR1. Now I'm stuck in the delve, it won't let me exit to the over world cyrodiil or teleport to any wayshrines. How can I get out of here?
