Can't send group invites and can't not send or receive mail getting old not getting a response

I don't know why me and some of my guild members cannot send mail or see mail or invite members to a group but my real problem about all this is not getting a response from anyone letting me know they're working on it or if it's something I need to do

Not sure about the group invites never heard that one before. But for mail this one works for me.
