Prisoner of Jathsogur

Been trying for ages to complete the Malabal Tor quest Prisoner of Juthsogur but people keep killing the quest person before she can talk to the silvenar. can we get a game master here or something cause reporting people doesn't seem to matter.

To provide an update for where we are at with the The Prisoner of Jathsogur quest, in Malabal Tor:
We are redesigning how this quest is completed to prevent the quest blocker you're currently running into. This requires some code changes, so it is not something we can hotfix. The changes will go into the next incremental patch for Xbox One and PlayStation 4.

As you may know, console patches do require some extra time for certification. That means the patch will not be going out this week or next, but we are working to get it to you as soon as possible. As soon as we have a date for the patch, we will share it with you.

This is absolutely a JOKE. Favourite company is BETHESDA and my top two games ARE within the fallout and ELDER SCROLLS universe. Right when I was absolutely loving the experience this quest just destroys the entire experience (The prison of jathsogur)...been up for definetely 4 hours plus stayed up all night to proceed flawless into reapers, but no. This game is what the consoles NEEDED and stuff like this just fails everything. New vegas, now this...fixed on PC where the hate is at, but where the love is at it just doesnt. Very disappointed, until a patch is fixed this is just an epic fail 2/10 (Ps. Do you know how crazy these ppl are about this? 5:38 NA Server is just psychotic)

We certainly understand your frustration with this issue. Console patches are a bit more complicated than PC patches as they require certification through Microsoft and Sony. As this issue will require changes to the code, it isn't something we can hotfix and it must be included in a patch.

While this quest is blocked, you can still head to Reaper's March and you'll be able to play through the zone's storyline and progress to Coldharbour. When the next patch is pushed, you can head back and finish The Prisoner of Jathsogur. We understand that this is not ideal, and we apologize for the frustration in the meantime.

Is there any information on if we are going to receive credit for the experience? For most of us, that quest is now white and basically useless for the experience it WOULD have given if we were able to complete it in the first place.

I know that I'm a bit late getting to the party on this, but wanted to see if there was even a slight roadmap on when this might be addressed.

I know PC patches usually come at a pretty decent clip and understand the pains of trying to develop/patch for multiple platforms.

Is this a Q3/Q4 release or Q1 2016 type thing?
