Are skill points refunded after curing werewolf/vampirism?

Title says it all, just curious. Has anyone noticed if the skill points are refunded after curing?

    Vampirism, no. But if you go get vampire again all the point will still be spec'd. You can respec pre- or post-cure to get all the points back though. Can't confirm for WW but I'd guess it's the same.

    It was bugged on the PC for awhile. You can purchase a respec to gain the points back as well.
