Direct crown purchase did not produce crowns

Methadone Man is my gamertag. I made a purchase of crowns and got the receipt from my credit card app confirming the purchase. Yet my crowns do not appear for me to use.

Could you please check your purchase history and tell us if you see any details there?
Go to Purchase History and sign in with your Microsoft account (email and password).

We will be able to help you if you still have this issue.

That link is flawed. It only shows my Xbox 360 purchases. There is no tab for my Xbox One purchases, yet I have made many online purchases for Xbox one, including the digital copy of this game and previous crown purchases.

Instead I found proof of purchase through my Microsoft purchase history. I won't post that here since it t contains personal info, but I can email that to customer service.

I did. However, the crowns then appeared about 24 hours after I purchased them. I now have them, thanks.

I had never experienced a delay in crowns before, so I assumed it was missed. I had even logged out and back in a few times yesterday, giving it some time, but they did not appear at all yesterday.
