Enemy's disappearing in walls

During the mission, "puzzle of the past" where you have to activate the first portal chamber, some enemy's have been going into walls and disappearing but they can still attack me. I can't see or attack them though. Please make sure to fix that problem. Thanks.

    I've actually had this happen on several quests. Usually they back up because they are ranged enemies, and I am a melee character, and they back up into a wall. I then have to run away and wait for them to respawn, then run around them so when they back up they are going away from the wall this time.

    Be careful with magnum shot and uppercut. Those can stuff mobs through walls and mess up everything, even some bosses.

    I've had this happen 2 times, once a boss fell into the floor. Got credit for killing it even though we never did. Also while killing another regular mob in a different dungeon. They couldn't hit us and we couldn't hit it.
    Somewhere someone is practicing, if you are not and you should meet, you will lose.

    Makes sense for the ranged enemies but this enemy was a melee enemy so I don't know what to say.

    Oddly enough, I was only hitting the enemy with my duel swords.

    Yeah, that's very odd. Zenimax needs to fix this.

    Usually, if they back into the walls themselves.. you can back away and the baddies will walk out (though ranged baddies can be tough unless you have something to hide behind or a lot of room).

    If you knock baddies into wall they will be stuck (Uppercut etc).

    In my case, even when I backed up, they would still be stuck.
