Greenshade Quest(s) Bugged - Retaking The Pass & Breaking The Ward

Breaking The Ward quest says I need to talk to Bodring. He's right outside the north exit of Marbruk, the quest marker points to him on the compass but there is no quest marker above his head. When I talk to him my only choice to respond to him is "Goodbye". This is also an issue for STARTING the Retaking The Pass quest because he is the one you talk to to start that quest. Obviously if I can only say "Goodbye" I can't continue on with Breaking The Ward nor can I even begin the quest Retaking The Pass. Because both of these quests are tied in with the Shades of Green quest I can't do that either.

I see this has been an issue since the game came out on PC. I just thought I'd voice my frustrations even though the likelihood of this being fixed, seeing as how long it has been bugged, is unlikely.
