ZOS: Can you please acknowledge all the recent server issues?

ZOS-

There is a known issues thread that you refuse to post in to acknowledge any of the issues that customers are bringing up. At launch, you guys were great and participated in threads and did some work to keep us informed, but over the last 2 weeks or so, it has been dead silence. Ever since the initial Xbox One Server maintenance and the Login Server maintenance it has been horrible. Tonight while I was at work, my Wife reported to me that the game crashed to the dashboard a total of 10 times in a 2 hour session. Also during this 2 hour session, she had issues logging back in due to server is unable to be reached errors. Game has been laggy and just a mess.

It feels like you are ignoring customers. We have users that since launch still do not have Imperial Edition add-on's, people still not receiving crowns, people suffering consistent boots to the dashboard.

Can you please acknowledge these issues and let the customer's know that you are working on the issues and that you are at lease listening to all the feedback? When the game works it is FANTASTIC, but lately, it is more of a chore going through all the attempts at playing due to the massive amount of issues. Again, the majority of these started when you did the latest server maintenance and login server maintenance.

Please, I urge you to say something to the community since many are now thinking of leaving the game due to the silence.

I completely agree with you on this! I know there are rough patch and all and I'm totally fine with all of this the game is still "new" but just acknowledgement on the part of ZOS would go a long way. I will never leave ESO because of silence simply because I am an Elder Scrolls fanatic...but I do see why many people would leave.
Elder Scrolls is my second home.

Glitched progress impeding quest in Greenshade. Checked the forum and there were people on PC with the same glitch a year and two months ago, still not fixed. Server crashes on the regular. Extreme lag.

Surely ZOS has made enough money to get this running smoothly. I see a ton of people with crown only bought mounts and such, people are spending money.

Fun game but, yes, very frustrating sometimes.

The North American network has crashed and kicked all my guild mates off with almost clockwork precision the last few nights in a row, starting around 1 AM Eastern. In fact, I am not gonna even attempt to play tonight, being a Saturday, Holiday.

However, I am putting a halt on any Crown Store purchases until I can see more stability. I can understand getting lag/boot at high time Saturday night. But to get booted on a Thursday night... not happy. And, if the game keeps kicking me off night after night, I will put a stop to my ESO Plus membership. I've already put a considerable amount of real dollars into crown store purchases. But that can, and definitely, will stop if I don't see any improvements.
