Keep getting taken back to Xbox home screen?

Every 5-10 minutes my game won't let me interact with anything and everthing else stops moving regardless of what I'm doing in the game and then it takes me back to the xbox home screen and I have to restart the game. I've turned my xbox on and off, reset my router and even left it a few hours before trying to play again and I still found no solution. Is this happening to anyone else? Does anybody know if this can be fixed?? SOS Help please.

I'm getting the same issue, half way through a conversation and you can't select any other response apart from Goodbye. Then it goes black and throws me to the Xbox Homepage. I've scanned a few forums and seen no answers to this kind of problem so I've emailed it over as an error. Hopefully get some feedback soon and I'll pass it over to you my friend. Very gutted about this as well cos all my mates are playing and telling me how good it is and I want to get stuck in to it. Fingers crossed

My brother also encounters a similar issue. We are on the european XBone server.
Upon choosing a character it either crashes while loading or a couple of seconds after the loading.
The crash throws him back to the XBone dashboard without any other option than restarting the application.
Once he also encounters an error 301, yet most of the times it just crashes.

We tried:

Reboot of xbone
Reboot of router
Cache clear via unplugging of the power cable (a couple of minutes)
Complete reinstalling of esotu
Another account (my account not his),
another character

This errors is getting very annoying since we as users don't have any possibility to fix this issue and the amount of reported similar issues are very few and rare. Cannot even find an official reply of the dev team in regards to that.

I can't even get into the game before that happens to me, I get as far as the game start up server selection screen and when I select my server it freezes the immediately returns to dashboard
