NPC Voices do not work and character's sound effects do not work!!!!
Just started my game on xbox one. Tried reloading the North American server numerous times. It does not fix. NPC's voices do not work, I can only read dialogue. My character's sound effects and weapon effects are silent as well. As audio settings are turned up.
