Problems after fast traveling

I had fast traveled to a shrine and my character wasn't able to move or look around after that. I can move from 3rd person to 1st and access the options and map menu. How I can not move or look around, and wether in 3rd or 1st person view, I can not see my character at all. I have tried teleporting and when I spawn I'm still stuck. Account is ninjaslap121 for the playstation 4.
