Reapers March - Constant Disconnections

Just like Greenshade I am getting to the end of my tether with the constant disconnects on area change. I have wasted several thousand gold on teleportations that disconnect me. I have wasted hours of my time logging in and out just to carry on trying to play.
Sometimes after 10-12 tries which take about 3 minutes each to complete, it may continue to let me transition from one area to another (e.g. Inside to outside).
This only occurs in Greenshade and Reapers March and has put a massive dent in my levelling and enjoyment of the game. The issue occured on PC if previous posts are to be considered.
I'd love to know what is planned to do about it because as of right now its driving me nuts.
