[RESOLVED] Login Failed

Your automated replies are frustrating as they don't even register the fact that I put my platform down as Xb1 not ps4 and are also very unhelpful.

Also can we please revive an update on why it is now saying servers down for maitnence instead of login error.

Totally agree with this as well. The first 2 days i had nothing but problems. The last couple very little at all.

Its on page 2 I think they are doing maintenance on the error.

There was an issue preventing login so now they're doing maintenance to fix it

OH MY GOD THIS GAME IS TERRIBLE WHY DOES THIS KEEP HAPPENING I WANT MY MONEY BACK I'M GOING TO SELL THIS GAME AND TELL EVERYONE THAT HASN'T BOUGHT IT TO NEVER EVEN CONSIDER IT!

Jkjk lol the past couple of days have been pretty solid despite I few invisible npcs and some unexpected logouts but I've been able to put in a pretty solid amount of time in and I have no complaints other than the fact that I never got my treasure maps with the explorers pack

Hey guys, I bought the big crown pack and never got my crowns. I then got booted and had the wonderful "internal error" message. Love the game but is there some fix for this problem?

How many of you know the intricacies of running and maintaining an MMO? Everyone here seems to be talking like they work for ZOS and know exactly whats wrong and how to fix it. Sometimes technology works and then sometimes it doesn't. Just like how you have to reset your router every once in awhile when it stops working. It's a game, not a way of life. Unless your a sociopath who can't find enjoyment in the physical world. I guarantee none of you would dare walk up to one of these devs and talk to them like you do in threads, and if you did they would shut you down in 3.5 seconds with their vastly superior knowledge. No ones going to say it so I will.

Having been through several rough launches of several MMOs. The best action I have learned is just to monitor the situation and go play something else for a bit till the problem is fixed.

I for one am going to go racing in froza, or go shoot something in Titanfall or Destiny till the login servers are back up and running.

This is the first weekend with the game, guys be patient. It'll be a real stress on the servers, there's bound to be some issues, but it's part of MMO's. It takes some tweaking, in a month or so, the problems will rarely occur to where you can't login like this. I played SWTOR before this, and that happened to them, too. Every now and then, the server experiences an issue, and it's resolved. Don't say stuff like "You guys suck, your servers suck" as they really don't. They are very quick about fixing issues, and the issues can't be avoided, because they cannot foresee every single issue that arises. Best is to just grab a drink, sit back, and just be ready to hop back in the game.

Wtf. Elder Scrolls Online failed, in a massive way, to provide what we purchased. They have misled and lied to their customers to a degree that is absurd. It is outrageous that a company of such poor capability and character will never face any legal penalties or financial repercussions.
