$80 + extras is a lot to pay for what we've been getting. All I want to do is be able to play the game! Is that too much to ask? It appears that the developers weren't prepared for the numbers of people who would want to play this game. It's beautiful and I hope it gets fixed soon.

Launch date was over a year ago, so all they had to get was console severs right..............game is fine for the most part but sever issues are pretty bad

Quit being whiny little girls. The game has been out for 5 days, and nothing like this has ever been done on console. Get over it. Go outside. Don't compare this to Halo, that's been out for months and is just now starting to work right. Remember Battlefield 4? Imagine how mad you would have been if this release got pushed back, even a week. If you're thinking about trading this game in already, you need to get yourself together. You seriously think you should be reimbursed for 5 days? Get real.

I think you're doing well Zenimax, for what it's worth. The game is amazing.

I agree with part of your point. I have ESO plus and I do not exspect add time for not being able to play now. That being said a huge stress test should have and could have been done. I feel that they are working to corect issues. I would not say scrambling, but what do I know they could have all hands on deck working 20hr sifts. I just wish that there was a clearly comunicated plan.

We very much want everyone in the game playing and having fun, too. We've had people working around the clock (literally) all week and weekend to ensure you're able to. We'll get you back in as soon as possible.

I do love the game ... when I can actually play. That's the issue .. 2 solid 1 hour + sessions since release. I didn't pay for a 65 dollar paperwe ... oh wait, I can't even weigh papers down with this.

Mmo launches are always full off bugs and server problems. Look at WoW for example. That game has been our now for over 10 years and on PC the entire time. When the last expansion came out they had Ques of 8hrs to play the game. Everything will be fixed soon. Besides you paid for a non subscription MMO you are going to get your 60-100$ dollars worth I promise. You may get roughly One hour for every 25 cents at the end of the year.

I know this is an xbone thread, but I started having similar issues on PS4 about an hour ago.
First all player characters were solid black and npcs turned invisible.
I logged to clear the problem, had same error messages you guys got on login, but did manage to get in twice only to
be disconnected within 2 min.
Playing on PC now. lol

Things are improving drastically with the game. Each problem has been snuffed asap, ty zenimax, I'm not even mad, I had a great weekend playing your game and will now await the game of thrones season finale patiently and calmly.

All this hate toward posters bitching after buying a game and not being able to play...............maybe we could cut them more slack if these weren't the exact same issues they had when they launched the PC version back in April 2014

"Login Failed - The servers are temporarily down for maintenance. Please try again later." I know PC/Mac NA megaserver is down but Xbox One too? Is that correct? Also is there a way to fix a no voice acting glitch?

I know, and I agree, I wouldn't be so vocal except this is the same way the PC launch when a year ago, same login and sever issues then.

I agree this is a great mmo so far and bugs a for dure this and they will need time to fix and at least your not pay every month they are still fixing bugs on and after they are fixed still don't have to pay any more than you already have so chill
