Pledge of Mara accidentally deleted

Ok, so I bought the imperial upgrade pack, but deleted the character I bought it with to use the same name on the new imperial character I wanted to make. I didn't relize that the pledge of Mara was in the deleted characters mail box. Until I asked around on reddit. 1st time player here. Is there any way that could be recovered and placed on my new character?

You should have it in your messages when you create a new character. It is attached to your account not you character.

It isn't there, unless there is a bug, I've got the horse and the race and pet and armor thing unlocked but never got the pledge of Mara

The same thing happened to me. I've got the mail and all the other items but not that.

What should I do if I accidentally sell/delete my digital items from the Explorer’s Pack or Imperial Edition?

Items granted in this manner are protected. While players can delete them, they will have to take extra steps ensuring their intentions. If they do accidentally sell or delete their digital items, players should contact our dedicated Customer Support team.

Pulled from the support section of this website. You did the right thing by contacting cutomer support, unfortunately I imagine they are crazy busy right now, so it may take longer than normal for the to get back to you
