Being able to stack cripple would go a long way for magicka nb parity in both performance and lore.

Obscure✭✭✭✭✭I made such a similar suggestion a long time ago. It tiered the movement debuffs directly in line with what they currently use as of 1.6 for other debuffs:
- Minor Snare: 50% movement debuff
- Major Snare: 75% movement debuff
- Immobilize: 100% movement debuff
Applying two separate Minor Snares from two separate sources would stack into a Major Snare. Applying two Major Snares from two separate sources would result in Immobilize.
Not sure why they left out Snares from the new Debuffing system, but I suppose they have their reasons.
