Okay, so my question is easy, I googled it a bit, didn't find anything, maybe it changed during 1.6 but
Do Major debuffs put on targets work just for you, or for whole party?
Example: Does the NB assassin skill, morphed, reaper's mark, putting Major Breach and Fracture on the target, increase only my damage, or the damage of all party members?
