Defensive Posture Morphs.

I'm making a medium armor Templar build with S&B for PvP, but I can't decide on what morph of Defensive Posture I should take, I'd also appreciate some input on what ultimate I should use.

My current setup is Heroic Slash/Biting Jabs/Shielded Assault/Defensive Posture/Radiant Aura/ultimate: Empowering Sweep

I copied this from a Dragonknight medium armor S&B build I really liked watching on youtube, and adjusted for Templar.

the up to refers to if you have like 90% health, it will only heal the 10%. all its saying is it has a max heal capacity of 12%. 15% at IV. I keep switching between the two when i run that. If you feel you lack that healing, use absorb. If you feel that you are fine sustaining and would like more cc or more dmg then get the reflect.

I always choose absorb myself as although stunning the caster and damaging them sounds handy, more often than not when peeps are firing spells at me i would prefer the heal.

The one morph of Defensive Posture adds "up to" 12% of max health when absorbing a spell, the other morph reflects the projectile for a 3 second stun on the original caster.

I'm a bit worried about the "up to", which I think would mean it'll be less than 12% in most events. But I have no useful self heal due to lack of magicka, and I wondered if this would fit that bill to some extent, or if the other morph is better.
