One thing to be aware of is DOTs, I believe, break cloak.

Problem being.. Usually when going to attack, put this on, then quickly use surprise attack right after.. It does not fail often at all when doing this but when it does, it just engages and right after that goes off again O.o
When on combat, it feels to fail 85% of the uses, when using it on combat, it goes on, then off again.. I remember i could "walk in shadows" from enemy to next enemy with this ability in early moths.. This was in PVE, never used in PVP.. After that it has slowly degenerated to something that seems to fail almost all the time when in combat.. Is this nerfed to uselesness exept when used as opening move or am i doing something wrong here?
It often fails when you're hit (not with AoE, with any attack force shock/shield charge/bow shot) after you cast cloak. Seems like syncro problems, your client thinks that you're cloacked and other client still thinks you're visible.ShadowDisciple wrote: »
Can anyone explain how does it fail?

It's espically annoying when the NPCs use flying blade. Cloak is pretty much disabled for the fight.
Can we just get an efficient big heal that doesn't require a target, instead?
Clearly we are not resolving the issues w/ Shadow Cloak (which is amazing, since they won't just adopt the exact same strategy almost every other MMO has utilized to solve these issues, which is a split second immunity when using the ability to prevent anything knocking you back out immediately).
