Heavy Attacks With Staff Are Too Slow!

So...I've been playing around on 1.6.2 and I like it well enough. But the heavy attacks with destruction staff equipped have gotten so slow that they are almost unusable. This is even with the passive perks equipped to decrease load time. Can you please fix this?! After having the rest of the sorc class nerfed, it is a really tough pill to swallow to now have such painfully slow heavy attacks! (Edited to reflect proper version)
