Destructive Reach-Frost Staff does not work on damage shields..

Destructive reach(ice staff) root can be blocked, reflected, and it doesn't work on damage shields.

Reflection makes sense

It can be blocked, that I'm fine with, even though everyone perma blocks.

But it doesn't work on damage shields? You got to be kidding me..

The skill is basically useless half the time. Really needs to be tweaked..

Been like this since launch. None of the destructive reach work with shields hence why most tend to stay away from it.

For some odd reasons, Destructive Reach also interupts most of the NPCs tells when it connects with them. But in regards of the current topic, it is indeed troublesome and should root people under a shielding effect.
