Error on Character Load

So I can log into the pts just fine, but today when I try to load my main character, haven't tried the others yet, I get kicked back to the log in screen and a huge error box, I can't see the top of it..
What I can see says:

I could load in on the second character OK. My main is in Reaper's March v10, the other is a level 3 in the Davon's Watch bank.
