Jabs grant immunity

Means that the person that is beeing hit by it gains cc immunity.

Thats a tough nerf and additonal they nerfed the damage too.
I would prefer taking the whole cc of jabs away instead of knockbacknig someone for half a second and then grant him immunity.

It takes away my option of ccing them effective.

The CC was ridiculous in PVP. If it caught you even once you were pretty much guaranteed to die unless you could time a forward dodge just right between knockbacks and hope the latency was on your side. The nerf was sorely needed.

If u were stupid enough to not move around the Templar, pop immovable or keep some stamina for especially that case. It was a idiottrap.

But right now the jabs simply give every enemy a huge advantage.
    That can't be a solution.

No it was a derp's I win button. Between latency and the frequent knockbacks it was a crapshoot if you could dodge/move out of the way before it happened again. Immovable rarely goes on my bar because it's too situational to justify a slot more often than not. It required no skill to do and required a bit of luck to get out of(varying by latency). It's something that needed to happen long ago.

only took them long enough. Nothing worse than being jabbed to death and having no way around it unless you used immovable. Sure you could dodge all day until you lost stamina, but then once that happened GG.

Count your blessings templars because no nerf will EVER compare to that which us sorcs took via our escape move

Did u ever try running through ur opponent? Because it simply screwed the jabs.
I can't believe u all are serious about this? Run in circles or pop immovable or breakt it and run through.

I NEVER and i am serious about this had any issues with jabspamming noobs.

And that does not justify that it now grants the enemy cc immunity and makes the skill useless because it takes away ur option of cc entirely.

Dont be so selfish and damn jabs just because u didnt like how it was. That is seriously not a solution.

*hint* u can block the last hit of jabs only to avoid cc aswell but that needs some skill.

U know what? I surrender! When the noobs get jablocked they will get *** by something else in future and i seek another way to deal damage.
Maybe ill use the uninterruptable Uppercut which is interruptable.

never said I didnt like it. Read what I wrote. With how 1.6 is, blocking it or dodge rolling it is very costly and once you ran out you were screwed. How can people seriously think that this shouldnt grant cc immunity lol I am all for the damage staying the same and removing the nerf to the damage but having a skill that knockedback and stunned briefly whenever you got hit WITHOUT cc immunity is a little insane.

There is nothing selfish about this. I dont run immovable because it takes up a very valuable slot on my skill bar. Already limited since I run pets and need to keep them buffed. The fact that the destructive reach (fire version) knocked opponents back AND granted cc immunity, once you hit them, makes it clear as to why this one needed to do so as well.

Sorry, say whatever you wish, but it had to be done to put it inline with the other knockback skills. It was the only knockback skill that didnt grant cc immunity. Dont think thats broken? Come on. How bout people crying about this stop being selfish.....

As a templar on my main, I never used biting jabs in Cyrodiil because I thought the perma-stun was unfair. I'd rather lose in a fair fight then win due to locking my opponent down so they where perma-stuned.

But for NPC mobs, oh yes the gloves came off for them. I'll have to see how it impacts taking down groups of trash mobs.

C'mon now. Stunlocking targets with under 50% stamina and killing them before they could do anything was never cool. And it doesn't even come to 1v1s, it can happen to you loads in open PvP too.

I understand the request to remove the CC altogether, make it work more like flame whip I guess. I don't have an opinion on that, I'm indifferent either way. But which ever way they go, I'm glad the stunlocking is gone and I say good riddance!

If they were going to add the cc immunity (which I feel is ok) the damage should not have been lowered.

With the lower damage, it more likely that you run out of magicka trying to stunlock then actually doing decent dps.

The matter is as i mentioned allready that my chance of ccing anyone is completely taken away by using jabs.
That is why this change sucks hard.
I dont get why many here disagree.
I didnt say that the permastunn was allright but it was not as evil as everyone mentions it.

I REPEAT THE PROBLEM IS THAT I CANT USE ANY EFFECTIVE CC's BECAUSE THE LITTLE STUNN OF JABS MAKES U COMPLETELY IMMUNE!!!!!!

Pls read the capslock line again.
Now make up ur mind and tell me what u think.

You are absolutely right! Its BS and the Skill is now useless.
Good player had no prob with Jabs... but all the others...
Was a real nice skill ill miss it:(
another solution would have been much better the just destroying it.

Told you already. If Templars think that removing the CC altogether, perhaps in exchange for a small increase in damage (140%->160%) is better, then I'm all for it. Dunno if the rest of the Templars would agree with you, but hey that's got naught to do with me.

CC-immunity granted, or no CC at all is kinda equal for the victim.

And yet Talons was never a hard CC? You can still block, attack, heal while in the Talons? And rolling out costs less stamina than CC breaking? And they don't do as much damage? Need I go on with the questions?

CC immunity change is good, but the last minute huge nerf...??
So funny, Devs always make things right for Templars, but then they destroy it right before going live with an overreacted nerf.

Same old Templar story though, don't know why I even bother.

I find it hilarious this is getting argued over. Jabs could knockback you in the cc break animation if timed right. It was a possible stunlock even when players were at full stam.

None the less i agree that the change made is not appropriate. They should have changed it to a snare for the duration ore something similar. In its current form it will only give free cc immunity to people just like streak does (1.5s stun there).
