Issue with clipping introduced in update 5.

i've been having an clipping issue with the level 36+ male khajiit robes and jerkin. it seems to have started for me when update 5 was introduced and it seems to still be an issue. the clipping problem is with the armor plate on the right side of the thigh. i was wondering if anybody else had the same issue? Or is it something on my end which is unlikely with completely reinstalling the game when i got a new PC. any insight and if somebody else has that issue it would be great to know so i don't feel all alone.
