I actually don´t know if a thread already exists, but for everyone who doesn´t know..
Skillcost-Calculation:
((BaseCost - ChampionPercentage) - Flatreduction) - otherPercentages
example:
BaseCost - 2400
ChampionPercentage - 10% (Magickacost reduction)
Flatreduction - one Glyph with 200 reduction
otherPercentages - full light Armor -> 21%
((2400 - 10%) - 200) - 21%
buuut, its NOT 21%
Actually it got changed and its ~2,6% instead of 3% per piece! Same for Medium Armor.

BaseCost 2394
"3%" Reduction 2331
Real reduction 2,631578947 %
"6%" Reduction 2268
Real reduction 5,263157895 %
"21%" Reduction 1953
Real reduction 18,42105263 %
Basically you can multiply all your non champion percent reductions with ~87,7%, even Arch-Mage and Seducer.
Stat-Calculation (Magicka Reg etc. cause there is no passive for Magicka/Health/Stamina in the champion trees):
(BaseStats + ChampionPercentage) + otherPercentage
For Magicka, Stamina and Health its based on the invested points, not a passive.
The increase is based on the BaseStats, but WITHOUT the buff-food, it only counts permanent stats like enchants, setbonus and the actual basestats.
And you need 3k Points to cap it, more is not possible. It stops at 1k for Health/Magicka/Stamina.
