This is the map that I get as a DC player with the VR14 template.

4 wayshrines and Stormhaven isn't even among them.
I had to go to the Pact capital to reset my skillpoints.

How do I do a normal or veteran pledge?
How do I test a specific quest or solo/public dungeon?
How do I go to a specific crafting station?

    Agree. Especially as we lose our pre-made Template characters with every new patch.
