I decided to compile a list of all the buffs and debuffs to see where we can obtain each source of increase, so first here is the link.

One of the first things I noticed would be that the minor buffs gained from the class passive buffs can only be obtained by that one area, this I think is a nice addition as a well balanced team can cover more areas. What is a little discouraging is the implementation of these buffs, they took away 2 classes passives. While Night blade and DK had these passives worked into already existing passives (although some rebalancing was done for balance), sorcs and templars had these buffs completely replace their old passives, making the implementation seem not as balanced. Now I am not saying that the old passives need to come back, but a little extra for templars and Sorcs to add to these buffs to make them more in line with Dk and NB would be nice.
The second thing i noticed was with NB, why do they have three sources of Major Expedition? This, to me, limits the viable combos that you have in the class, 2 of these also are spells that you don't need to be in combat to cast (path of darkness, double take). If NB disagree with me please say so, but to work with synergies within the class, I think it would be nice if one of the majors were switched to a minor (my preference would be double take but increase the duration of the buff in comparison to the current duration). Right now the only minor expedition buff is gained from charging maneuver, but only after you deal some damage.
The last concern I will add to this post is the debuff obtained from concentration (light armor), minor breech. When I was first thinking about making this thread I was actually fine with it, as if we compared it to the DPS increase we get from medium armor crit rate, it was similar increase to dps, and the only source of the debuff. Now after the change to Medium armor passive critical rate, this debuff seems lacking. I think that it should be coupled with something else (as making it a major debuff would actually weaken it more due to how many sources of major breach there is). Before this update both light armor and meidum armors passives actually had similar increase in dps. After this patch medium armor took a little more of a jump forward, and I believe these passives should be fairly equal (dps wise) with each other.
In general I like how they distributed the buffs, giving one to each class with different implementation (major resolve / major ward), or having a few distinct buffs for the class (Major mending/Major vitality) adds character to the classes, and could, in theory, make one class better for one dungeon at a roll, while not the greatest for the next (although no sorc love for healing yet in game).
