    I will have to look a the Medium Armor one to compare to Live because I could swear it's still only 3% Sprint, not 21% Movement Speed. But alas, PTS just went down for maint.

    Seems to me u forgot one parameter in this table : base armor rating and spell resist.

    given that LA only has 1/4 of HA, this point is worth mentionning when trying to compare.
    I, for one think that the 1/1 armor/spell resist is pure bullsh!t. And succeds onl in making LA plain useless.

    Medium Armor dodge reduction isn't 7 x 4%, it's 7 x 3,5%.

    Medium Armor/ Stam builds are really good now.

    And medium and heavy armor gets 2 bonuses on some passives. So 2 benefits in 1 passive and light armor only gets 1 benefit per passive.

    There are more things, light armor could give us. Especially since it got nerfed in an outragous way in 1.6: Non existing armor and spell resistance. The spell resistance passive could be removed, as it does not really help us anyway (in 1.5 it did, now it's only there to fill a gap)

    Light armor gives no spell penetration anymore. It has a proc chance to give 980 spell pen, which is nothing. Just like Bound Armor (Sorcerer ability) gives you 980 armor, which is a joke.

    I would like to see these underwhelming passives to be removed. We need promised and reasonable spell penetration and how about a bonus to Magicka or spell damage ? O.o why is that not in the game already ? Light armor should benefit your Magicka pool or the strenght of your spells. But it doesn't.

    Just checked both Live and 1.6.2 PTS, it is in fact only 3% Sprint speed total, not 21% Movement speed. The bonus per piece only applies to Dodge Roll.

    Reduction is 2,6% instead of 3%
    Dodgeroll reduction is 3,5% instead of 4%
    Reduction on Sets (like Seducer and co.) is 86,66667% of the Percentage and not 8%.
    And every formula changed quit a bit.

    Mediu got the most bonuses, though 3 of them are completely f..useless.
    Detection Area, Sneak cost, increased movement speed. PvE wise.

    You're reading that wrong. The Sprint speed is a static 3%, Dodge Roll is the only part of that skill that gains X% per piece worn.

    Actually I'm not sure about that, I sprint much faster than a mere 3% faster in medium, or so it seems. I'll check tonight when I get home, if it says "current bonus: 21% and 28%" then it's also for sprint, if it just says "current bonus: 28%" then it's only for the roll.

    In 1.6.2 Medium provide more crit chanse (~12% or so). OP need to check that too.

    Here is the exact wording for that Passive as 2/2 (with me wearing 7/7 Medium):

    "Increases your Movement Speed while sprinting by 3% and reduces the Stamina cost of dodge rolling by 4% per piece of Medium Armor equipped.

    Current dodge roll bonus: 28%"

    It's a strange value actually with 7/7.

    2099 = 10% exactly (Light Armor Passive, Inner Light ability).
    2204 = 7/7 Medium (10.5%)

    Simply give light armor real and higher spell pen, and Spell damage (this is a must in my opinion)

    But I also think, heavy armor could give a higher health bonus ( I am no heavy armor user, but I am not selfish) Medium armor is strong enough. It is the only armor in the game, which increases the damage output in a significant way.

    Also, OP forgot that Heavy armor also increases damage per piece equipped.
    "Juggernaut" increases weapon damage with melee attacks by X% per piece of Heavy Armor equipped, and also reduces cost of break free.
    Medium increases it more, but Heavy also increases melee damage.

    EDIT: Patch notes says it's getting removed in 1.6. Shame.

    I'm using medium but with the 1.6.x changes; I really feel light should at least be bumped up to 2/4 of the protection of heavy rather than just 1/4 and agree with other posts on penetration being a percentage, etc.

    Heavy armor needs more resource management. I would start with reducing the timer on generation from being hit.

    I would like to see light be the most damage focused in Magicka. Stamina slightly better damage reduction and most damaged focused in stamina, but that should not be as high as magicka. Then Heavy be tanky and offer a hybrid of the 2 being slightly lower in both magicka and stamina.

    Just checked the patch notes, yeah it got removed. My Heavy dps is gonna do 7% less damage in 1.6 :(

    Not a huge nerf, but still annoying...
