Only one cheap horse per account on the PTS server?

Hi

I logged in and quickly created a character, ran around a bit got my horse then decided to take it seriously and create a character.

Deleted old character and started over with new one.

When I went to get my horse there was no 1 Gold horse available as there was for my first quicky character.

This isn't a big deal it's only a test, but is that the way it's supposed to be?

I got a horse with every character I created on the real server.

Go to collections, your one-cheap-horse is available to all your characters, just like your bank is. I think each character has to go to the stable to locate it the first time, though. (Only place you can switch mounts.)

The only thing that is different from character to character will be riding skills (formerly the stats of the individual horses you owned.)

Problem solved itself.

After the last update my horse appeared, but it put me back a whole day progress wise.

I ended up back in the starting area at level 5 again.
