I think it's really nice that changes have been made to make some class skills more appealing to stamina builds, but it raises the question:
Should the type of build you're running restrict your access to class skills?
In light of recent changes to ultimate scaling (ultimates now scale with the HIGHER of either), I don't understand why this cannot also be extended to class skills in general.
Now, I can certainly understand an argument against this. For some, it might seem silly or illogical to allow a skill like crystal fragments to scale with weapon damage/stam/weapon crit. In reality, these concerns should take a second place when competing with gameplay.
Class skills give flavor, and serve to help define the class (along with the passives). To artificially limit class skill options to players because of the type of build they've chosen seems unfair and counterproductive.
I'd like to keep this brief and engage in some productive discussion with the playerbase and hopefully some developers. In summation, I think allowing class skills to scale with stats as ultimates do would allow for more build variety.
