with new health scaling ratio it would be wise to add 'debuff' 50% damage done instead of full, versus players in Cyrodiil.
Many games have 30-33% pvp damage vs pve(100%), ensuring fights last longer and are more entertaining, each death means more, less crying of 1shooted people, more zerging tho( one of few drawbacks).

This could be as testing pre 1.6 to check pvp battles to get some feedback maybe.

i gave it second thought and now i'm thinking this is the way Cyrodiil should function:
leader alliance receive 80% outgoing damage drop buff
middle alliance receiv 70% outgoing damage damage drop buff
underdog alliance get 60% outgoing damage drop buff+15% all combat recoveries+10% stat points

buff should only apply in Cyrodiil, restart buff every 15-20 minutes(randomly) based on situation in field.
This would lead to long battles over resources, harder 'nightcapping' since guards remain current strength(add more ranged attack guards inside keepsand on walls).

I Think If they just reverted the HP change, none of this would be happening.

Less damage? No. Can you imagine all the shield stacking after that?

More health on the other hand... that would be nice.

either be the killer or be the tank. from what i can see, its only quick to kill someone who doesnt know what to do. I have had 20-30 minute duels on the PTS, shows me the TTK isnt that high.
Banned for Naming and Shaming exploiters. Great ideology ZOS.

Stop running into a crowd of people who want nothing but to kill you. TTK is fine. Expecting to tank more than one or two min/maxed players is your problem.

I wholeheartedly agree that the TTK is making this game on PTS feel ....a lot less fun then it does on live.

That would be one step in the right direction atleast.

if they restore health to mag/stamina ratio back to 1.5:1 shields just gona get more from that, since the are mostly hp based. i guess zos will have to address skill dmg a bit soome are doing a bit too much with softcaps removed.

If they just lowered the damage of some skills I would be cool with that. HP is just a meaningless number on its own. What matters is how much effective HP we have. Losing 25%+ HP on spammable skills means it's not very effective at all..

I don't really need a bigger HP pool(though I'm cool with anything that increases the TTK). I just don't want to kill or be killed in a few button presses. It's fun at first, but it gets old fast.

All that would do is create even more shield stacking meta as templars and dks with their class shields based on health would be able to spam bigger shields.

True, but Id prefer that over how it is now. But a better solution would be to scale down dps in player vs player. Give time to react in combat not just spam shields and dps like theres no tomorrow. Light armor defence for instance is nonexistant.
