Umm, yes....It costs me around 700 mp on PTS and restores 4200, all while keeping the armor and spell resist buff in or outside the circle.

I just meant it was largely useless in PvP before, since you had to remain in the circle.

every buff in the game got changed, you going to have to get over restoring aura nerf. things are now major and minor buffs and you cant stack same ones to take into account there are no longer any caps. I was already able to overcharge magica and stamina regen in pvp, having 80% mor stam regain with no caps is clearly broken any reasonable person can see, no surprise there.

radient oppression is a dot channel not a 3 second cast. its a very powerful execute and with all the shield stacking in pvp more executes are good(they still proc at low health no matter how much shields you have)

reflective light has a great change casting it gives major prophecy, (20 second spell crit buff = to magelight so we can now cast this every 20 seconds, leave magelight off and have an ability slot back! very good.

eclipse would be sooo good but cant cast on immovable so still not worth a slot.

having staffs scale off spellpower is great for all casters because our weapon abilities and class are now same stat we can use more things
