Hard Crash in Quest required for Cadwells silver.

Rending Flames. When I enter the portal after collecting the Skull and Candle load screen appears and i get a hard crash. Anyone else having this issue or know a fix? I can post the crash logs if needed, submitted a ticket a while ago never heard anything back. This is a crash I can continue to get over and over, i've attempted to enter this portal about 7 times, i've timed it and it crashes at literally the same second each time.
