Extra % healing taken cap?

Hello, I am wondering if there is a cap on healing % taken. I have a NB tank and am wondering if it would be worth it to run 5 twilight and 4 Vampire's Kiss to get the extra 14% extra healing taken and then also throw in my swallow soul for a total of 24% extra healing taken. With my leeching strikes, swallow soul self heal, and sap essence self heal I feel this would be great for survival. Or is it just overkill? Right now I am running 5 Whitestrake's and 4 Vampire's Kiss. Any suggestions?
