What ever happen to this skill?

So I was bored and went back and look at the introduction trailer of Elder Scrolls Online. When I came across a skill that I never seen before. It at 2:44 in the video. It shows an Argonian with dual wield using some kind of smoke teleporting into air then he came down with a chop that killed the enemy. I wonder what skill was that. It looks like a stamina version of ambush but instead of a gap closer it look like an execute. What happen to that skill?

That is teleport strike... Just might of had the colors changed before the final product was pushed. Demos and trailers often have content that gets changed or altered before the game goes live.

Yeah it does look like teleport strike/ambush except teleport strike uses magic blades while this skill still has the normal dual blades and a higher jump.
