Do snares from different abilities stack?

Hi forum.
I've had a bit of trouble finding an answer to this question. I'm about to upgrade scatter shot, but I'm not sure if i should get the snaring effect or the one where the player is shot back 6 meters. Now since i already use arrow spray to snare, it would be stupid to chose the one with the snaring effect IF it would cancel the effect from arrow spray. However if they stack (40% snare + 40% snare = 80% snare) it would be awesome. Does anyone know if they do ?

They dont stack. What weapon are you using on your second bar, if I may ask? Currently 2h/bow has a good synergy between magnum shot and critical rush for pvp.

I'm still pretty low level so only got a back up bow on my second bar. Still trying to figure out my build.

The knockback (and possibly the snare) is prevented by block. (npcs also)

This is the reason I took magnum shot, just don't stand with your back to a cliff while you fire it.
