make other traits more useful in PvE/PvP

People complain about Impenetrable being too good for PvP, the problem is most other traits are lackluster when it comes to being useful in both PvE and PvP settings altogether. Here are some ideas to improving the quality of other armor traits to be useful throughout the game, the values listed are arbitrary to give an example of the potential they can provide.

Sturdy - Item takes 22% less durability damage, and reduces Armor and Spell Penetration against you by 1%. The increment per item quality is 0.5% up to 3% per item at legendary quality. That can give a total of 21% reduction to Armor and Spell Penetration against you.

Reinforced - Increases this item's Armor value by 4%, and increases damage mitigation when blocking by 1.5%. The increment per item quality is 0.75% up to 4.5% per item at legendary quality. That can get you a little over 31% additional damage mitigation when blocking.

Well Fitted - Reduces the cost of sprint by 1.5%, and reduces the duration of snares and immobilize by 3%. The increment per item quality is 2% up to 11% per item at legendary quality. That potentially gives you a total of 77% reduction to the duration of snares and immobilize effects used against you. With just 3 items you could cut down the total duration by 1/3, with full 7 items it drops that down to 1/4.

Exploration - Increases exploration experience by 6%, and experience gained from capturing keeps and resources by 4%. The increment per item quality is 1.5% up to 10% per item at legendary quality. This additional effect applies to PvP when you take over a flag at Keeps and resource nodes in Cyrodiil giving you a maximum of 70% additional experience taking over PvP locations; great for the leveling players and the new Champion point system you're planning in the future.

Highly agree. They really need to balance the traits, OP has some great ideas.

Loads of new gear sets I want to try out in PvP, but cant since all traits but impen and infused (on big pieces) are junk in Cyrodiil. So you're forced to depend on crafted sets.

While they're at it, fix impen to. It should reduce critical dmg taken, not reduce the chance of receiving critical hits. Because it has 0 effect or defence against auto crits, while it nerfs normal crits to the ground. It's a bad design, overtuned and useless at the same time. I would like the dmg prevention from impen to be slightly weaker, but more foreseeable and constant.

Consider all the pore stamina weapon users... Well fitted should reduce all stamina costs even all the weapon skills that cost stamina... But have it to 1% instead of 1.5%

OP has some pretty good ideas.
And yes, SOMETHING needs to be done to make any other trait then impenetrable attractive for PvP

This is definitely heading in the right direction, especially considering ZOS is determined to throw this sets on high end equipment!

I agree with the OP, but I feel they also need to add soft/hard caps or it will get out of hand.

Example is Reinforced that the OP listed. Adding more block mitigation is great but atm with no caps, it will make players able to block mitigate 100% damage. If they they stacked reduced block cost, stamina, and stamina regen they will become immune to damage unless the incoming rate of attacks is insane.

    I would like.
1: Caps on most things. (Crits, impenetrable, block mitigation, movement speeds, etc).
2: A way to counter most things.
    Example:
Sturdy Trait the OP posted with block mitigation.
Make a Weapon Trait able to then bypass a % of the enemies block mitigation and make it worth it.
3: A way to change traits on a piece of gear, though at a high cost.
    Example:
There are special trait materials at each material tier. (Iron, Steel, ect).
These drop from dungeon end bosses and come in AP mail rewards only. These are are semi rare (1 out of 100 mail rewards are normal) or 1 out of 10 bosses.
