I want to know if the only way to use the transmog system is through making a unique outfit instead of simply being able to change armor pieces' styles. -

you know I used to complain about Neverwinter and how much it nickel and dimes you, but its a f2p game and all. it STILL does outfit costumization/transmog better then what we seem to be getting. -
