Exactly this. I, too, started to get frustrated UNTIL I looked at the volume of tickets *I ALONE* had sent in, and I was fairly tame in my ticket sending... Then I realized, others aren't so resilient -

My money wasn't held, but others have been held for one day, how about you read abit instead of writing badly written posts on sites. -
