I am writing to lodge a customer complaint about the Crown currency discount of Elder Scroll Online.
I come from Asia region and have been playing this game for several months in PS4-NA server.
During this period, I saw many times that you offered Crown currency discount for US accounts and even EU accounts.
But the same events did not apply to PS4 Asian players, such a pity.
This made me wondering why you chose to ignore Asian players’ rights and made this game unequal and less attractive.

I would strongly suggest that you, as a MMO RPG service provider, should treat every user equally and fairly, Crown currency discount in particular.
It is not hard to imagine that you will also gain many benefits for taking such action.
First, you can boost your revenue by selling more Crowns and in-game contents.
I have known many Asian players who are willing to pay for this appealing deal.
Second, you will gain the acknowledgement as a Asian-friendly company as well.
In such a competitive gaming world, reputations might be a key factor in your business success.
