All characters on NA server missing, just a partially rendered character creation screen.

I received a message after login saying that I had to enter an access code because I was using an unrecognized IP address. After entering the code that was emailed to me, all of my characters on the NA server are missing, I get an intro cinematic now & a partially rendered character creation screen. I have tried switching servers & running the launcher repair tool.

Help me please, posting here is much faster than waiting for an email from technical support and I fear my account may have been hacked. I have added this issue to an extension of an already active ticket, but I actually want to play tonight. I have a sub & I haven't been able to play the game much at all this week. It's the only game that I play.

This happened to me too. I had to restart all of it like I just started playing. It was all gone!

I too just experienced this.

Logged off - relogged. Was met with a screen asking for authorization. Did the same thing as OP did - switching servers, doing everything that was posted on the forums etc.

No characters. On any server.

Just tried logging in again, the character creation screen looks partially rendered but eventually renders to look like normal.

But all characters are still gone

it looks like a fresh plate.
