My nightblade is wearing 5 pieces Shadow Dancer and has the 2 normal speed enhancing skills equipped. I streamed a video to show the resulting mega speed. I am a newb at steaming, so I hope it is view-able.

Inklings✭✭✭✭✭A friend and i ran into this bug today as well and i did some testing. What is happening is Shadow Dancer is not going away and keeps stacking every time you reenter stealth. Unequipping the set, traveling by way shrine or port, death, and relogging DO NOT FIX it. The characters we used do not loose the speed increase when in stealth and are now permanently stuck that way no mater what we do. This needs to be addressed and fixed before going to live or its going to cause a lot of problems.

As a vampire, you already should be ignoring the movement penalty for sneak, so that set should be useless.
I think t's clear what is happening. One of the bonuses has been written incorrectly in the code as to provide +x% movement speed while sneaking (to counteract the movement penalty) instead of setting that -ve value to zero.1 -
