Ok ZOS, can you please address Clouding Swarm? Still BUGGED.

You can target players in Clouding Swarm with single target abilities as well as light and heavy attacks. The entire purpose of what used to be a balanced, fun, and unique skill has been defeated.

What's the status on investigating the bug and returning Clouding Swarm to how it was pre-Thieves Guild patch?

Can only imagine the uproar if this was an intended change. Meteor not having any counters(except block) but Clouding Swarm being countered by everything?

Nooooo, both morphs are really good on both magicka and stamina... The vamp ults would be really good for ZOS to experiment with ults adopting a damage type of the resource you build the most of.

True, but vampirism is for both magicka and stamina. I think both ults should scale with your CP regardless of whether you are stam or magicka... Both morphs are so useful.

Nope still derpy. I've switched to devouring on my mageblade now that vamp isn't so prone to getting one shot and the mist form buffs. It's nice...but not the same.

Definitely more defensive than offensive, which ain't my style.

Don't get too excited, past experience tells us that this means they don't know how to fix and likely wont for quite some time, its best to dedicate those resources towards a new sparkle pony for the cash shop anyway.

Make sure when you do fix it that it hides your nameplate and health bar for the duration as well. This skill was my favorite ultimate until it broke months ago.

What's the bug I know it breaks your invisibly but it's made to do that as it grants it every 1 second. It breaks on damage like all other invisibly powers and effects an instant cast can hit you in that time. Light attacks are instead and charged heavy attacks in the general direction will still hit.

Not saying there's no bug just don't know what it is.

Before you couldn't target someone with single target moves( hard cast crystal frags or procced, dark flare, surprise attack) now I can reverse slice them the entire time with no dots or Aoe active. You can Jesus beam them for the entire duration.

To be fair it should take you out when you hit someone so for that second you should be targetable but channels should lose target lock after one second. I have no problem with single target working sometimes it's not 6 seconds of full invisibly while attacking but channels should not have a lock (unless you have mark target, Mage light, flare or det pot on)
