There is a new exploit going on in IC. I wont disclose too much info since it is not allowed on the forum.
but yesterday a solo player killed a zerg by himself one shot 24+ players at 100% healt were all dead. no mobs, no sweeper, just 1 VS 24 with one skill. I think that ability bypass the 50% damage reduction since my friend got hit for 40k and the whole zerg he was running with died from him.
ZOS can private msg me if you want more info on it

@mateoz
This sounds very ridiculous, And there are not a lot of abilities I could see doing this. But let me ask one question ... was the zerg stealthed when it happened?
No idea how long this bug has been around, but.. I am leveling my sorc. She casts Steadfast Ward and, instead of targeting my almost dead scamp, it targets me. Guess its Healing Springs spam to keep my familiars alive.. silly.

He's used the free respec and paid for a couple more just trying to find a Skill combo that allows him to continue to play how he likes, but to no avail. (He's a sword-N-board DK)
I'm genuinely glad that your Tank is working just fine, but many other people are having the worst time trying to find legitimate Tank builds now.
I haven't say it's easy, I have to do some little adjustment (talon and heavy attack weren't on my cycle before, and I can't taunt all the mobs, just the most dangerous one), but it's not impossible. All the good tank I know were forced to adapt their build, but now they are fine even in trial hard mode, vet dungeon (with the two new one) and vet dsa. We just need some work, and some good dps (not the greatest one, but without dps a tank can't do anything now).
They will be good again with some time, I'm sure of it. And if they have too much difficulties, try a templar's spear and repentance, with only one (even a stam dps) we can permablock again.
Just a question, do you think it's useful to add memory problem on the list ? Actually, a lot of player need to /reloadui or reinitialize the ram used by the game every hour if they don't want to crash.

@Darlgon
Hmm the tooltip states that it targets an ally within 28 meters with the lowest amount of health. I have never really played around with pets ... are they considered allies? Do other abilities that state that they do something for your allies affect them?

@Uriel_Nocturne
Most people are doing fine. We're having this change for a few weeks only on PC now and nobody has problems with it anymore. It was a good change necessary for the health of the game and I'm happy they did that.

Just chiming in for a friend that isn't on the Forums himself. I'll probably look for some Templar/DK Tanking builds with the revised IC changes and see if any of those appeal to him.
I finally got the hang of the changes with my Nightblade and Vampirism, I just need my "beam" of blood to come back. lol
The ability just look weird without it.
I'll be sure to pass this along. Thank you!Uriel_Nocturne wrote: »OK.Uriel_Nocturne wrote: »While I appreciate the creepiness of this, we need Stamina regen while blocking to come back.ZOS_RichLambert wrote: »/lurk

To your friend:
Templar Tank probably has the hardest time now because he doesn't have any mechanic to gain Stamina back and can't permablock in long bossfights. Permablocking is not really necessary in almost every bossfight though. As a DK: build more Magicka and make use of your 5% Stamina back on using an Earthen Heart Ability Passive. Nightblades can gain their resources back from using their buff/toggle. Remember to Heavy Attack whenever the window opens (Boss casting an ability, Boss has very slow attack animations, etc.). For an easier start use the Magicka Taunt instead of the Stamina one. (Later on when you figured out how to deal with Stamina use the Stamina Meelee taunt for the extra Penetration though). Prismatic Enchants + Infused Trait are extremely strong. Histbark can save you a lot of Stamina.
Good Luck!
My game has done that since it launched on the Xbox. I just figure that the game is having a bit of communication with the servers.Don't know if anyone's mentioned this but sometimes when my character is passing an npc, he starts taking little fast steps - same movement speed and no speed buff on or anything, just suddenly starts taking little steps. Same happens whether he's on horse or on foot.
This has only started happening since the IC patch.

Possibly may just work this way because I am out of combat and full health, but it usually grants the bonus healing on expiration.

As reported by @Fat_Cat45, sorc pets damage is not increased by Elemental Expert or Elfborn. (http://forums.elderscrollsonline.com/en/discussion/comment/2252074#Comment_2252074)
It seems that pets only take the caster's crit chance but not crit multiplier.
-break free not working half the time as you can get stunned again while the break cc animation is going on
-after breaking free..cc immunity doesnt work against charge abbilities and when using retreating manouver.
-dodge roll is beeing affect by snares aswell.
-for some odd reason there happends to be alot of input lag that can happen for a long period of time.

Does it need to be fixed? Sure.
Does it also lead to funny comments from my son? Absolutely.
My son looked up from the book he was reading while my big tough-guy Dunmer Vampire Nightblade was doing that run, and asked: "Why is your character running like he just crapped his pants?"
