PTS Update 28 - Bug Reports for The Reach

I'm not certain that this the correct thread but here goes:

On male characters there is an unmeshed section of the Akthzand Armory heavy chest motif. Additionally all three weight variations of the motif's shoulders cause equipped two handed weapons and bows to very obviously float behind the character instead of properly attaching to their back. Also while not a bug it would be great if we could have a version without tassets.

The Reach Gate in Bangkorai does not go through to the Reach

Please can you fix this, it’s going to drive my OCD barmy 😇

Once this Gate is open we will be able to walk from Daggerfall all the way to Ebonheart as blackreach connects western skyrim to the Rift

Quest "The Awakening Darkness" will not progress beyond "Enter the Dark Descent". I abandoned the quest, restarted it, same thing. Relogged, reloaded UI, etc....still stuck.

I tried this quest on a different character and it is stuck on this one as well.

I am stuck in the new arena, Vateshran Hollows, after killing the first boss in the Wounding (Blue area). I have not accepted the quest before and not killed all mobs, because the areas, in which - at the end - you need to pull the chain are skippable, which is probably not intended. The chains can be pulled after simply running past the mobs there.

Even after leaving the arena, logging back out to the character screen and coming back into it, the arena is still stuck completely. Also, I cannot accept any quest in there.

Voidmother Worldboss does not give the achievement and the WB-Symbol on the map stays black after killing her

How do you get to Markarth without the quest?

The Western Skyrim map does not include Markarth. There is no 'Markarth' or 'North Markarth' listed in the locations in the map or wayshrine, unless I missed something.

It is currently missing from the locations list.

Instead use a wayshrine, go to the "Tamriel" map location, and look for The Reach there - it is south of Western Skyrim and north of Craglorn. Clicking on it in the Tamriel map will bring up the local map and you can then use the wayshrine to get there

The Awakening Darkness quest is bugged for me and a few other people who have got to that point, making it impossible to progress further. I can't activate the door on the right, the 3 NPCs are not responding, and the quest marker breaks.

Deep Folk Crossing these towers on both sides of the bridge are floating sligfhtly off the ground.

Earlier today i was digging up an antiquity, and after finishing the dig my UI completely disappeared. I had to tab out of the game to close the window.

I haven encountered the same bug. It will not allow progression past this point, even after a complete restart.

I made this post above and someone said to bug report it. I can't find the appropriate thread in the search so I'm putting it here in this bug thread in the hope someone at Zos sees it. It relates to a skin pack in the crown store.

I've already made an ingame bug report, but I'll post it here as well.

Summon Storm Atronach (Base and both Morphs) isn't appearing when cast. It's not a visual bug either, no damage is dealt, and the summon just doesn't exist. It's also still using up all the ultimate used to cast it. This happens in and out of combat, with or without other other pets active. Here's a video clip:

I have a bug to report on daily quests. If i do not pick up a quest from the Reach and instead wait for it to flip to another, it wont flip and the quest will remain the same

Also stuck at the Awakening Darkness quest. the quest marker after leaving the lower Barrows says "Enter the Dark Descent" right after going through the door. It does not move, nothing further happens the quest marker stays there by the door. I can go forward to the chamber of watchers but the quest marker is still back by the door with nothing to do there, no prompt to talk to anyone

Made a report in-game for this as well, but since it's pretty game breaking I'll put it here too.

If you die and then 'respawn to wayshrine' in the area around Reachwind Ritual Site/Vateshran Hollows, you get placed under the map and fall indefinitely. You cannot teleport (since you're moving), and using the /stuck command simply put me in the same spot except now my mount is also floating under the map with me.

The Lockboxes in Maracarth are bugged and randomly drops 50x green/blue quality stolen items from 1 box. Happened many times to me and a few other i know also experienced the same.

Not that I mind the extra loot but
There is still Honour amongst some Thieves..

Screenshot says it all, but some items aren't being rewarded from excavations. The portable chamber pot was the only "new" item showing in my inventory after this dig.

Blackreach: Greymoor Caverns > take the door in the southwest > Blackreach: Arkthzand Caverns > Gloomreach Delve > The Reach

Some of the Nighthollow NPCs, especially Lady Rhainne but also some other minor mobs, seem to have a problem of being disjointed at the knee that causes them to display Grasshopper Legs lol

I think the Red Eagle's Song quest is unlocking at the wrong time. It unlocked for me after completing the final Markarth quest, A Feast of Souls, but the dialogue and story suggest it should actually come after both the Markarth storyline and the Western Skyrim storyline, which this character hasn't even done. Maybe even after the Dark Heart epilogue questline, given the context is only tangentially related to the rest of the story.

this two achievements switched places, wrong order

also fight with last boss in the end of Peered into the Abbys was too long, due to friendly NPC casted his shield that make boss vulnerable only once

all his rest 10 millions of hp i must fight alone, with my 12-15k dps lol
