So I've been having a huge run around since the new Murkmire update where I have Error 102 - Can't Download Metafile, slow download speeds (Like 100 kb per second), not being able to run the ESO launcher as administrator and finding out I don't have the famous file: C:\Program Files (x86)\Zenimax Online\ (I've looked and it just doesn't exist)

Any and all help would be appreciated, I just want to enjoy this event.

(I've also uninstalled and reinstalled the game already)

What should I do if I receive the error message "DownloadError_InvalidMetafile " when downloading the latest ESO game update?

I did open a ticket, they blamed my ISP and my GPU, and the real cause, the people who made the update that messed everything up! I'm just disappointed that you guys blame my graphics card (Which is bigger then the one required) and my ISP (Who doesn't block files) instead of actually trying to fix the problem because I all have left is keep restarting the repair that keeps getting interrupted.
