List of Halloween event recipes?

Just wondering if there was a list of them, so you can see if you got 'em all.
Also, I heard something about there being hats dropped from plunder skulls?

--Sweet Sanguine Apples (only green recipe I've seen so far)
--Frosted Brains (blue)
--Peeled Eyeballs (blue)
--Crisp and Crunchy Pumpkin Snack Skewer (blue)
--Crunchy Spider Skewer (blue)
--Ghastly Eye Bowl (blue)
--Witchmother Party Punch (purple)
--Witchmother Potent Brew (purple)
--Double Bloody Mara (gold)

The names might be slightly off, and I don't know if I've found all of them or not.

And yes there are two masks that I'm aware of; a Scarecrow mask and a Pumpkin mask.
